In our research, D keeps cropping up as the main vitamin in which most of us are probably deficient. At Fybr we’re big on getting all the minerals and vitamins you need from your diet, but this one is naturally present in very few foods.
Your skin can create it if it’s exposed to UV light from the sun but with social distancing/crappy weather you might not be getting enough. So a supplement can help top you up.
