Take your body out of “fight or flight” mode and into “rest and digest” using the 4-7-8 breathing technique from Dr. Andrew Weil.

In case it’s not clear from the video, it’s “inhale (1-2-3-4), hold (5-6-7), exhale quickly (8)”. I’ll let Dr. Weil take it from here.
