Counting steps might feel old school these days but it's still an easy way to get moving. Plus it stops you going stir crazy!
Use an app like StepsApp, or grab a pedometer from Amazon if you don't want to be glued to your phone 24/7.
Stretching is always the first thing that gets cut from a workout but it's super important for preventing injury. And who doesn't love a good stretch?!

A simple full-body strength workout. If you don't have weights, use cans, wine bottles, whatever!
And remember, a high number of reps with a low weight can still kick your butt. So don't let the simplicity of this fool you.
