Get a great workout and burn off some stress with these shadow boxing classes from Nate Bower. The beginner class will teach you the numbering of moves. The Intermediate workout assumes you know the numbering of boxing moves so check out the start of the beginner workout if you want a quick reminder.

Counting steps might feel old school these days but it's still an easy way to get moving. Plus it stops you going stir crazy!
Use an app like StepsApp, or grab a pedometer from Amazon if you don't want to be glued to your phone 24/7.

A simple full-body strength workout. If you don't have weights, use cans, wine bottles, whatever!
